I am a new ham, new to satellites, but quickly learned of Dee's reputation, and finally met him at a hamfest last year. A fine man, a great operator, and extremely generous to the amateur radio and amateur satellite communities. He will be missed! 73's

Daddy this day came to soon. You gave everyone you knew the whole hearted love that makes you so special. You are loved by many all around the globe. You will be missed many times over. I am one of many people who did not meet Dee in person but benefited by his voice of wisdom tolerance and understanding. Those within his hobby and many in his everyday life will morn the passing of a true gentleman. Thank you Dee. David G0MRF
